As any gearhead knows, there’s a lot of people out there who will tell you it just can’t be done. There are a handful who know what they’re talking about when they shoot you down, but more often than not, you’ll find you’re talking to people content to just do what everyone else before them did.
Ray Peters is not one of those. He brings a practical methodology to the table. And that doesn’t mean there isn’t a lot of fun in surprising a lemming on the street with something entirely impractical. Sometimes, absurd power and ridiculous torque bring a grin to your face that makes impracticality worth every minute spent developing it. Amonst the various projects currently paying the bills, lurkes the only twincharged 4g63 currently known to exist, let alone develop 602 Lb/Ft of torque and 631 awHP. Some of these are its stories told through the eyes of its keeper and developer. The rest of the content here will be other exciting projects of automotive impracticality.
